Do I have to be a customer to order?

Yes, indeed, you must be a registered customer to place an order. We only deliver to registered companies within the fishing industry. If you meet these criteria and are interested in our products, please register online. We will review your application and contact you.

May I pick up my order?

You can pick up your order at our warehouse, but only by appointment. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection. Orders can be picked up by yourself or your carrier on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM. If you engage an external carrier, please have them schedule a loading appointment with us in advance.

Can I have recipes adapted to my liking?

You can register here. We will review your application and get in touch with you.

Do you produce in-house?

We deliver throughout Europe and collaborate with a select number of transport companies. Each company has been chosen by us based on reliability and speed. This ensures that our products are delivered to you in the best and fastest way possible.

Payments

Can I pay immediately after ordering?

Through our website, you can place orders. If all items are in stock, you will receive an email immediately after your order is received and registered, containing a link for payment.

May I pick up my order?

Do you supply products without a logo?

Packaging with your own logo is definitely possible. We can advise you from start to finish. Do you have ideas? Contact us quickly, and we'd be happy to discuss your preferences.

How is the transport of an order arranged?

We sell our products ex-works Lieshout, meaning that transport is calculated separately. We are happy to arrange transport for you as an additional service. We deliver throughout Europe and collaborate with a select number of transport companies. Each company has been selected for reliability and speed. By leveraging our purchasing power, we have negotiated the most competitive rates for you. If you prefer to arrange transport yourself or pick up the order, that is also possible!

Production

I want to have custom formulations produced, how does this work?

With us, it is possible to develop your recipe entirely according to your wishes. If you have a proven recipe, we can produce it for you. If you have an existing product but no recipe, we can analyze it. Or if you want to develop something entirely new with us, everything is possible! With our extensive experience in formulating recipes, we can fully support you. We discuss the requirements for ingredients and price range and based on this, provide a recipe proposal and offer. If you want to develop your recipe, please contact us.

Can you also provide custom packaging?

We are set up to fully support you as a customer. We have suppliers for printed packaging and labels, from whom we can order on your behalf. For each type of packaging and label, we have the design specifications. When your graphic designer provides the design according to these specifications, we take care of the rest for you!

I am already a customer

I am already a customer, but I am getting an error message when logging in.

If you are already a customer of KCB International, your email address is known in our B2B Shop provided we have activated it. You need to log in here as a customer. If you are logging in for the first time, you need to click on "Forgot Password?" to create a new password. You can then log in with this new password. If your account has not been activated yet, your email address is not known, and you will receive an error message. In that case, contact us by email.

I forgot my password.

If you have logged in before to our B2B Shop but forgot your password, click here and enter your email address. Then click on "Send email," and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Can I also order own private label products through the B2B Shop?

If you want to order existing own recipes, you can mention this in the dedicated comments field during checkout. We will add the items based on your comment and send you a new order confirmation. Until then, the selected stock items are reserved for you. If you want to order an entirely new recipe, it is easier to agree on this first via email so that we can create a unique article code for this new product. In the future, it will also be possible to digitally submit orders for own private label products, but for now, this is a suitable solution.

Why can't I order egg powder in the B2B shop?

Animal proteins are Category 3 products. For single animal by-products, we need to create trade documents, and we can only sell them to registered companies. You need to register your company with the veterinary control body in your country, in the Netherlands, the NVWA, according to Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009 as a processor of animal by-products. We can only sell these products to registered companies. If you have this registration number, please enter it here in your company details. Once the number is known and verified, you can order all single animal by-products in the future.

I am already a customer, how do I log in for the first time?

If you are already a customer of KCB International, your email address is known in our B2B Shop provided we have activated it. The first time we activate/approve an account, you will receive a message to reset your password. If you missed this message or it no longer works, click here and enter your email address. Then click on "Forgot Password," and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. You can then log in with the new password. If your account has not been activated yet, your email address is unknown, and you will receive an error message. In that case, contact us by email.
